  • Unlimited questionnaires, from a short security review to a detailed enterprise annex.
  • Unlimited knowledge-base entries, save confirmed answers and reuse them across buyers.
  • About 200 security and AI-governance questions, with editable templates you confirm for your company.
  • Sources and review flags for every draft, so you can check the answers before sending.
  • Bring your own AI account, Claude, OpenAI, or self-hosted/local. Your data goes to your provider, under your DPA.
  • Onboarding included: we import your past questionnaires, trust documents, and policies, then work through your first live review together.

What we ask in return

Run your real questionnaires through Matterlyt, join one feedback call a month, and tell us where it falls short. We’ll help you import your documents and work through your first questionnaire together.

Apply first. We’ll confirm the fit and agree on a start date before your paid subscription begins. AI usage is billed separately through your own provider account.

Bring your own AI account

The AI runs on your account, not ours.

Matterlyt connects to your own AI account. You choose the provider and model, use your existing data-processing agreement, and pay the provider directly for usage. That bill is separate from your $299/month subscription.

The economics: a typical 200-question sheet costs about a dollar of your own API credits, roughly $1 with Claude Sonnet and Haiku, around $2 with OpenAI's flagship. Every call shows up in your own provider dashboard, so there's nothing to take on faith. And the per-sheet cost falls as your knowledge base matures: once an answer is confirmed, Matterlyt serves it straight from your knowledge base without calling the AI at all.

~$1

per 200-question sheet on your own account (Claude Sonnet + Haiku)

$0 markup

we don't resell tokens, you pay your provider directly, visible call by call

Fewer AI calls

confirmed answers skip the AI entirely, so cost per sheet drops as coverage compounds

Figures are approximate and depend on your questions, your models, and how much of the sheet your knowledge base already covers. Your provider bills you directly; Matterlyt never sees a token of markup.

FAQ

Before you get started

What does Matterlyt cost?
We currently accept new customers as design partners at $299/month per company, reduced from the $499 list price. This includes unlimited questionnaires, unlimited knowledge-base entries, and onboarding. Your rate stays fixed while you remain a partner. AI usage is billed separately through your own provider account.
What does the AI usage cost? Are there hidden costs?
Connect your Claude or OpenAI account. AI usage is billed through that account. A typical 200-question sheet costs about a dollar of your own API usage (roughly $1 with Claude, around $2 with OpenAI's flagship), and every call is visible in your own provider dashboard. There's no markup and no per-questionnaire fee from us, and the per-sheet cost falls as your knowledge base matures: once an answer is confirmed, it's served without calling the AI at all.
Why bring your own AI account?
You choose the provider and use your existing account and data-processing agreement. You choose the model (including EU endpoints or a self-hosted model), you see every call in your own dashboard, and your data is never used to train models.
What does being a design partner involve?
Bring real questionnaires, join one feedback call a month, and tell us what works and what needs fixing. We help import your documents and run the first review with you. Apply first; if we agree it is a fit, we confirm a start date before your paid subscription begins.
